i totally know how you feel since it seems i'm still trying to find my style, or at least take my art more in a direction i want it to go in 
it's kind of worrisome yeah, but as long as you can plan out a general sense of what kind of "style" you want and that you like, you will notice that subconsciously your art will slowly move in that direction! so i think instead of focusing too much on style (or inconsistency or whatever), you should just draw as much as you can
